For the iPass v3.0, we will make the badge setting out of the certification setting and allow it to be configured via various conditions including the validity time of the test. For validity time of vax will be considered later when we have the guideline for boosters.

Not in the first release, but we'll allow admin to manually import the test result for those when necessary.
